I'm Alex Roberts, the proud owner of Precision Solutions.

I wanted to progress in my career while helping other people become successful. So I applied for an advertisement on Indeed for an entry-level sales and marketing job. It offered management training, business development, and the opportunity to climb the corporate ladder quickly.

Internal Promotion

I've been with the company for four years and have already achieved my dream of getting promoted. Management has given me many opportunities to travel and grow in my career. The people are also easygoing and fun to work with each day.

I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my diligence and perseverance. I'm also committed to contributing to the workplace culture by putting people first and providing an open, honest, and friendly environment.

My secret sauce is being able to duplicate my skills and pass them on to others successfully. It helps my team function seamlessly, problem solve and create stories that resonate with audiences of different industries.

As a result, promoting talented individuals into management is incredibly rewarding. There's no better feeling than empowering people to achieve personal and professional goals that align with the company's growth. 

When I'm not mentoring my team, I love working out and traveling. I also like to give back to lower-income communities.
